How many lights?

I have a flowering chamber which measures 2m x 1,2m and want to flower 30 plants in this space.

I was thinking 2 600w cool tubes hooked up to a 125watt RVK outlet fan.

and I have a veg chamber exactly half this size, would one 600watt be enough for this area?

because I have a height problem in my loft I need to keep the plants as short as possible. The HPS' give off alot of heat so thought air-cooled would be the way to go.

My veg area is half the size because I want to veg ten at a time and have them flowering a few weeks apart in order to have all year round smoke and to have enough space to keep mother plants for cloning.

Can I keep the mother plants and the clones/plants in veg state in the same area? because they will be at different heights will there be a problem with the light either being too close to the mother plants or too far away from the clones?

is your roof 6 feet high,if it is you could use two 600 in that area,in the veg and clone room yes you can have both in their just make them so they all get equal light, you can even get away with a 400 in the veg room if you wanted.

no the roof is really low and has a sharp angle to it, are CFL's a better choice?

I don't know much about them but was wondering if anyone knew how to make a board fix them to it and wire them all together? and how many could you wire together?

and which are the best ones to buy?

which do you use for flowering and which for veg?

I use 9-23w 6500k daylight in my veg chamber and 12-43w 2700k in my flowering chamber . Both are 2'x3'x6' walls are covered with mylar with 2 pc fans for air intake and a 6" exhaust fan for each chamber. You can use power strippes , if you get the plug in light fixure. Also use Y splitters so you can use 2 bulbs to each plug in .
