They'll be alright there through the seedling stage, but you may want to look at transplanting to something a little bigger 2-3 weeks after sprouting. Maybe 2 gal pots then on to 3-5 gal pots for flowering depending on how high you'll be letting the plants grow/space limitations. I see you've got the cups inside another cup, I don't know if this is to minimize the amount of light getting to the roots, but you'll want to consider that on your next grow. The red party cups are ideal! Good luck!

Actually it's to minimize the amount of drippage on the cabinet floor and the second cup catches the run off
