How long until sexual maturity vegging?

Last plant was vegged 30 days then flowered. Took what seemed like 2 additional weeks to even show its sex. By vegging longer, on average, how long will it take for a plant to show sex? I am assuming that even vegging 24/7, a plant will eventually show pre flowers? This of course while still technically still in veg stage and not switched to 12/12?

The plant should show pre-flowers within 4 to 5 weeks easily. However for full flower development the plant must shift gears. It will still take a week to 10 days for flowers to actually show IME.
