Been trying to figure this out myself. Most info I find says to flip when plant reaches half your desired height.

Your plant is already starting to flower. If you haven't changed to 12/12 light schedule already then you have an auto flower growing. No need to change to the light schedule for auto flowers.

This plant is already showing bud sites, if you have not changed the light to 12/12 you appear to be growing an auto and if so there is no need to change the light? What is your current light schedule?
