I find anyting over 4' indoors is kidna a pain in the arse and the light doesn't penetrate down that far so I end up cutting some lower branches off or getting a bunch of larf-I prefer the former. So when I grow them too big I always feel like I just wasted time in veg. That's my experience/feeling anyway. Outdoors is obviously a different story.
