How long to veg inside, and light transition-HELP

hey im in the process of starting my first grow.....how long should i the ladies veg inside before i transplant them to the outdoor location..and should i change the light from 24 to something closer to the actual amount of sunlight in my area?

depending when your last frost date is, you can put them out anytime after that. I like to harden my off first, before putting them out for good.

yeah u def want to harden them which means just giving them some sunlight a little at a time and build them up to it
