How long to sex plants?

generally, how long in veg stage (weeks) do plants show sex, or is it only into flowering that they show?

They show pre-flowers at about 30 days at the 5th or 6th node.

I have had plants show sex in veg stage several times. Seems some strains will do it consistantly.

It seems that I see sex during veg its around week 6.

I see them around the 6th node.

clone, you know the sex then from day 1, no unused plants/wasted time
