how long to leave seeds in the fridge?

recent harvest, many brown leopard beans. not too terribly big but nice none the less.

how long do i leave them in the fridge for?
any other care i shoudl be aware of? thanks

since im the only one to answer its about 1-2 years anything longer will have less a chance to germ... your welcome gl plus rep me

store them in a dark container. also add dry rice or silica gel packets to absorb moisture. Take out only what you need and return them to the fridge asap. You should be good for a year or two, but I have heard of beans sprouting at 5 years using this method.

I do this. I use a little pelican case with rice.
