You can switch the light cycle to get them to flower at any time, they won't start to show sex until they are mature however, usually at least 2 weeks. Keep in mind that they may go into shock if you put them back into veg after starting to flower this may take a while to recover from and/or cause them to hermie. If you're in the northern hemisphere you have plenty of time to take clones, flower the clones, and determine the sex of each of your plants. If you are in the southern hemisphere, I'd suggest sexing them now and get them outdoors soon.
