How long till vegetative?

im new to growing and was wondering how long until my plany will start growing sets of leaves? its been in the dirt for almost 3 weeks and has its cotyledons and those 2 leaves opposite of each other but no sets of 5,7,or 9 yet. i think its growing a little slow wat do u think?

Very slow. In three weeks they should have 2 or 3 new leaf sets.

Whats ya lighting? And how far away are the lights from the plants?

im growing outside
i kno its way 2 early but im just tryin to get the mechanics 1st
i just recently moved them so it would get more sunlight
because it seldomly is very cold around here in GA
since i moved them yesterday it improved from wat it was

by the way i believe it was an indica
i was a sensimillia but i had a freind
pollinate one for me and i kept the seeds
delicious i might add lol

im going to take a wild guess and go with stunted growth due to cold temperatures. Just keep that baby in the sun and i wouldnt leave it outside at night

anyone know why there are hairs on my 3 inch seedling? it doesnt even have first reeeal set of leaves.....
