How long should I flush?

I have one plant that is ready for harvest. (the end of my first grow) How long do i need to flush Before i can Harvest? Should i just use straight water and nothing else?

You can use a flushing solution which is basically sugar that they use in drips when you hospitalized and dehydrated. Or just use water for 7-10 days.

Thanks guys, i can only do it for about a week, but i guess it's better than nothing..
