How long should i flush with PHed water for?

Im a week from harvesting and ive been planning on flushing for 4 days. But im hearing that it should be longer. What is a good amount of time to flush before harvest?

from what i have read from these forums most ppl say two weeks b4 harvesting.. but when i harvest in about 5 weeks im gonna do it for a week as i dont feed my plants alot of nutes..

I flush for about 10 days. One good one, followed by another one about an hour later. Then its just plain water the rest of the way with nothing 3-4 days before harvest.

I grow in coco and sometimes perlite so I dont have much absorbtion.
