how long in veg till flowering...advice?

growing 10 snow white in an ebb flow table 4.5x3 table and i have 4-4.5 feet of head clearance. there under 2 400watt lights, the 10 seedlings range from .5in -3in in height....dont ask me why such a diff in height, genetics i guess. i am hopeing that under these lights and useing this strain that when i do change to 12-12 the streach will be minamal, unlike the last round >.<.
 
is it common to have them all start right around the same time and have 1 bee 3in tall and another .5in tall? i thought that it was a mutant plant....i mean the one is so tiny....same amount of leafs as the rest, just really small. kinda funny
 
yeah it's common maybe the seed had trouble sprouting or the tip rotted, if your lucky (50-50 odds) it was a male anyways.

LOL, I heard that...


You can flower at anytime, however the plant will do better if flowered after it reaches sexual maturity, after they preflower or begin to alternate nodes.
