How long in flower or Veg

Hi.

So, I flipped the lights to 12/12 on 11-05, today is 28-06. That's 7 weeks.
After flipping, it did not flower for at least 2 or 2.5 weeks, but was stretching instead. Is that considered flower or veg?
How long is it in "flower" stage? 7 weeks, or is the stretch still counted as "veg" stage, so in that case would be 4.5 weeks?

Basically do I count weeks of flower including the stretch, or i should count just after it stops stretching?

I'm asking because I have multiple issues going on that I cannot fix (the plant stretched into the lights, and above it, basically), so there's heat stress, fans are not positioned properly, and the lights are only on 75% (300w LEDs). I considered pulling the plug on her, but instead I choose to let her push through all those issues regardless. This is my first grow, I did not expect such explosive stretch. The seeds are supposed to be white widow, but are from unreliable sources in Thailand. It might be mixed with some Thai strains, or it might just be a Thai strain I have now way of knowing. It's in the DWC.

The flowers seem to grow super slow. I'm almost thinking they are not growing at all. It doesn't look even remotely done, but at week 7 it should be very close to being done isn't that true?

I attached few pictures (excuse the picture quality or lack thereof).

Depends who you ask. I count "flowering" time from the day of flip to 12/12. The first 2-3 weeks are normal to see just stretch before buds start.

Depends on genetics, most plants won't be ready until at least 8-9 weeks in flower. Breeders and seed banks lie about the flowering times for marketing.

Also, if you clone plants that you like the growth characteristics of then you will have much more success when you grow it again as you'll know what to expect.

You may want to look into different strains for tent growing due to height limitations. Find a genetic that is less stretchy in flower.

I already got seeds from RQS for my next grow, I'm just waiting for this one to finish, but it looks like it's not doing anything. It looks like it's half way through, and if it's in week 7, that would mean 14 weeks of flower!

If I knew it would take that long, I would've pulled the plug, especially with all the height problems.

Heat stress which it appears they've experienced can stunt the plants in any stage. I'd try keeping temps below 80 °F and next time around grow them further away from lights. I prefer having at least a foot of distance from my lights regardless of LED or HPS. Every light manufacturer will give different recommendations..

Trial & Error is your best friend though. Here we all just have opinions.

The ambient temperature (because I run aircon) in the tent is 75f (according to my thermometer), but about a dozen or so leaves are burned up because they went too close to the light, and I have no way, at this point, of moving them away from it (i already did as much as i could, the plant is tied down to keep it away from the lights).

I'm almost 3 months in, a lot of effort and money went into this, and I just need to finish this grow. So looking for confirmation that it's actually 4.5 weeks into flower, which would make more sense than 7 weeks because it just doesn't look anywhere near ready.
