how long do YOU veg for?

just curious to see how long ppl vegged and how veg time effected their yield..

last grow i vegged for 4 1/2 weeks and pulled 2 oz, untrained

this time around, i have at least a 6 week veg with LST and hope to pull 4oz +

what do u guys do and how does it effect your yield??

i usually veg around 5-6 weeks and get around 9 oz
but im about to start a sog

thanks for the reply bro, how many watt light? i have a 250w and my last grow was my first.. i was pretty stoked with the results but this time around i think i can pull 4-5 oz easy..

how are you measuring? by grow area or by plants? What kind/size of lighting per grow area/plant?

400 watt
ur yeild will get better as u grow and learn to use ur space to the max,etc...

I veg 30-35 day's under a 600 watt MH,,,Soil,,,I usually end up with a rounded out figure of 2.5 ounces or so some plant's produce more than others. on average tho,,,dried and cured.

thanks for the responses guys!! so from wat i see, my goal of 4 oz+ is not too far fetched, if i get more i will be very happy

i veg mine for around 4 weeks and by the time i cut them back there usually around 24" then i cut the lights back and by the time there ready to harvest there usually around 36"to 40" so figure out how big you want your plants to get and turn them to 12/12 when there around 12to18" less then where you want them to be because they still usually grow up until week 4 of budding
