How is my water? What do I need to add/do to it?

The water comes from a well in the first column and then goes into a water treatment facility in the second then to everybody in town.

I wanna start doing DWC. I already grow with soil and I leave out my water to evaporate the chlorine and adjust pH as needed. So far hydroponic gardeners(Non Cannabis) in the area have been doing great with the tap water.

I've read about putting hydrogen peroxide in the water too. But do I need to add Cal mag since there's already some in the water? Or will it lockout

I wouldn't worry about all that, I'd still leave the water out to let the chlorine to evaporate though. What's the EC of your tap water? You'll be running nutrients in your res to provide what's needed, hydro isn't like soil where your medium has nutrients to feed the plant and you can't just depend on the small amounts of nutes in your tap water.

Hydrogen peroxide is used to prevent root rot, root rot normally comes from high water temps in your res or crap bacteria in your res. If you have your water temp under control you'd prolly be fine without preventative measures but it doesn't hurt to prevent. There's two main choices when it comes to preventing root rot. Using Hydrogen peroxide or beneficial bacteria like Hydroguard, the expensive Great White or making what's called a "tea". Hydrogen Peroxide will kill all bacteria in your res, where beneficial bacteria will provide good bacteria to help keep bad bacteria away. You cannot use both at the same time or the Hydrogen Peroxide will just kill the beneficial bacteria.
I've used Hydroguard for over a year and am very happy with it.

I haven't measured the water that came directly out of my tap, however it says in row 15, Conductivity 106 umhos/cm (Whatever that means)

My water is exceptionally soft now that I'm looking at it, I am pretty thankful.

So would I put hydrogen peroxide in the summer, when I know it's gonna be hot and make my res water warm?

Get an EC meter and measure it, you'll want it anyway.

If during the summer you expect your water to rise above 68F then I would suggest running either a "sterile res"(hydrogen peroxide or goes by H202 around here) or "beneficial bacteria". Preferably do your best to keep water temps down though, but you can use one of the mentioned methods to prevent root rot.
