How is my plant doing

Hey guys im 3 weeks into flowering just seeing how my plant is doing or if you have any tips im using 10 20watt cfls no nutes just regular super bloom potting soil in a 2ftx2ftx3ft tent that stays at about 75 at night and 80 degrees during the day :) please let me know what else i could do if anything at all .

they look good for limited CFL's.....I'll assume you went from a higher ratio of 2700k vs 6500k bulbs for the flower mode

I see you have tips burnt....did they touch the hot bulbs?

you mentioned no nutes....I would ask why not?

IMHO....more side lights and some flowering nutes
 
I started out with just 4 20watt cfls but upom reading i realized id need more so now i have 10 20 watt daylight right cfls .

As for no nutrients ive been kinda nervous about adding something to her and messing her up .ive been trying to find a good organic nute or a soil additive nute but havent really put that much effort into that since she seems like she is doing pretty good for my first grow . Any advice for a good organic nute or one that i could get at a place like lowes or homedepot ?
 
As for the tip burn yea i usually keep the lights almost touching the plants but they grew a little more than usual last night and were touching the lights this morning :( anything i could do to help the tip burn ?
 
nothing you can do about the tips now....and BTW you should have a mixture of 2700 & 6500K bulbs....sounds like you have 10 of the same type

I use General Hydroponics maxiGrow & maxiBloom but that's just me, lots of good products out there
