How important is soil ph?

I checked my run off the other day and it was 5.2 ...neuts in @ 6.4-6.6.... so they i decided to flush with sledgehammer and water....in about 15 gallons in and have a 5.8 coming out.....what a bitch... in about 35 days into flower do you think i should just run water from now on or put a couple gallons of notes threw at the end of flush??

ok soil ph is important but, as long as your plants are doing ok.. i would not do much except keep feeding them // be carefull with the sledgehammer you can flush all your microbes out and hert the plants.....5.8 is ok 35 days is early to stop feeding them///allso when did you start timeing you flower cycle when they showd pistols or when you switched to 12/12 pics would help good luck

This is one of those thing where opinion will play a big part, but honestly, I never recommend testing runoff, it really is very misleading. just keep your p.h consistent going in and you shouldn't have to worry about what comes out. learn to read the plant and what it needs, don't make problems that aren't there.

I had some issues with low PH runoff water (4.5) when I first switched nutes from N to flower nutes. One plant clawed down big time but my other two looked fine. The problem is I'm not sure if it's the PH or just nute burn or both. The plant with leaf claw issues is flowering but many of the leaves never recovered. It looks like shit but it's getting buds so I'll keep her. It could be the strange strain too, SLH X OG 18, the smell is almost disgusting right now.

Oh yeah, I tried flushing with Clearex and cut way back on nutes and she still looks crappy. I did that about a month ago. Oh well, I'll still get some off of her.

Well late now lol.....they looked fine buds were a little small from looking at other peoples but all the plants loomed real healthy...i just flushed one to see what it would do ....and 35 days from pistles and 40 days from 12/12....just a guess on the 35 days i can't post pics but there are probably 25 buds the size of a bic lighter and mother 25 the size of a bouncy ball i guess plus some fluffy ones on the bottom .....HOPE I DIDN'T F ANYTHING UP
