How hot will it get?

Hey there RIU members!

I'm currently vegging plants under a 400w dual spec hps in my cool airy basement and they are ready to be transplanted into there final pots and be placed inside a 1mx1mx2m Grow Tent. I'm gonna put two 400w hps lights in there, will it get really hot? Too hot too manage?

I've grew before in enclosed spaces and it's get hot as hell in the summer. So wot you guys think?Two lights too much for that size of tent? I'm not adding a carbon filter/extraction fan kit for another for weeks!

I'm using a 600w in a tent just a bit bigger than the room your working with and it's heat needs controlling more! but if you get an extractor fan should be fine. i'd say cooltube is defo worth it

I thought those cooltubes were a load of bollix a friend said they didn't lower his temps much, although i don't take his word for granted. Thanks for the input i will probably try and get the extractor fan a lot sooner!

Can't speak for cool tubes, but my air cooled hood lowered the temps on my 600w 4x4 by about 6 degrees F after I attached the extractor fan to it.
