Depends on the stage of growth. humidity during veg should be 50-60%...when flowering, lower humidity levels promote higher THC levels...shoot for aorund 30-40%

for seedlings/clones about 80 percent humidity is key for veg between 40 and 60 % and flowering between 20 and 30 is recomended
