I wouldn't say salvia is harsh, it just tastes like shit.
make sure you got a good drink, something that can mask the taste really well.

But be warned, the effects of salvia are really different depending on the person. I've never felt a THING with salvia, even 25x, just a bad taste and a headache. That's why I stick to weed!

I've only done it once, 20x, two hits out of a bong and I was tripping pretty crazy for 5-10 minutes.

I was convinced there was a horizontal pivot line in the living room where everything was trying to shift a few feet and me sitting in a chair stopped my talking (and very frustrated) furniture from moving on its own.

the first time it was like 20 minutes of running around a beach (yes the beach was actually there) the second time i walked on the beach again through the dunes and my arms turned into sea weed and i thought the sky was falling on me, an hour later im fine. Its like a short jolt of something

omg thats almost the exact same effect i had but it didnt last long. after that it was mellow
