If you want to do this and you live in a city with lots of foreigners, just go where they hang out for fun, start small talk and ask them you can help them with anything, be implicit and never direct. They will pick up on it if they are interested and I can assure you many would be. Especially if what you have beats the stuff from Xinjiang.
