how fast should my seedlings move?

how fast should my indoor seedlings move? they are 7 days old, 3 inch-3 and a half inchs i raised the light today so they grow because they are on theyr second set of leaves, how fast should it take to get the tem bigger?

thats the info. and right now my fan is on high, its a 20 inch box fan.

They dnt grow much for 2 weeks until they grow roots. 14 days they will be ready for beer cups and then 7 days until the big pot. They will grow up to 2 inches aday after that.
