hi there, how far should my 2week old g13 seedling be from my 600w hd light, iv got them at 2 an half feet away at the min. i am growing in soil with a 18 on 6 off, any 1 have any thoughts

Your distance seems about right for now. Every few days i'd get them a couple inches closer. Till your around 18 inches. That's how i do it with new clones.
