How easy is it to buy weed abroad??

Hey,Very soon me and my friend are going travelling Europe and then going to live in Japan for a year.

How easy is it to buy weed in japan? france? greece? etc.

when i went to greece (Kos,greek island) for 2 weeks i managed to get some from a local who was at the hotel (in the middle of no where) for whatever reason.

we also got quad bikes one day and me and my m8 smelt weed somewhere, we tried to find the plant after walkin through a few fields but couldnt spot any. my point is, its there, its just getting it somehow.

it's easy, but it's also easy to get caught buying by local authorities. half of the guys peddling "chocolate" in spain are cops

just be smart about it, and you shouldn't have much trouble
