so lets say my lady is about 3 weeks old, and its second set of fan leaves are still moderately grown......can i prune these to make the plant grow faster? i read this online...just makin sure its alright
how early can i prune it?

fdd2blk hit the nail on the head there, Don't cut anything you'll just screw the plants up, let them grow naturaly.

pruning isn't really good for your plants, However during flowering i may prune a fan leaf or two if it is severly blocking light from my buds if i can't tuck them out of the way, but other than that don't do it....those fan leaves help sustain your plant's health, without them the plant won't flourish.

Those leaves are a crucial part of photosynthesis. do not cut them. this is what we call an urban legend.
