How early can I flower? Please help!

How early *CAN* I flower? I'm not looking for how early i should flower, but due to some complications, i need to harvest as early as possible. I don't really care about diminished yield or potency as ANYTHING i grow will be at least 4 times better than the shit in my town, seriously.

You ever pay $40 for 2 grams of schwag? I have :cry:

you can flower whenever you want really.....right from seed OR veg and flower.
