How does this seedling look to you guys?

New grower, first seed before I go on to my good seeds. I want some advice on my grow also! I will be linking to another section in a minute.
My question: does this seedling look healthy? Are the lights close enough? And keep the cfls on how long?

they look like they one day old and doing fine so far. Give them a few more days to wake up from the seed.
