How Does This 400w Set-Up Look? ***Cool Diagram!

Ok guys....please look over my design (click on attachment "Tomato Garden" below and tell me if I missed anything. A few questions I have:

1. Could I get away w/just pulling air in passively from the utility room (not temp controlled air) w/out pulling it in from my actual home (temp controlled air)--the utility room shares a wall w/an inside room of my house, so I'd just have to cut a hole in the shared wall. There are no vents or windows in the utility room, just a locking door that you enter from outside of the house

2. Is it necessary to vent the hot air into the dryer duct or can I just have it go up into the attic freely (it's a big spacious attic--thinking about infrared detectors though)?

3. Can I safely plug my 400w digital MH/HPS ballast and oscillating fan into the same 120 v regular wall socket w/out worrying about fire, overheating, popping a circuit breaker? The breaker box for my whole house is also in this utility room, but I don't know much about wiring electricity--I'm actually not 100% sure there's even an outlet in the utility room, may have to put a hole in the shared wall to run electricity from inside my house

4. If no to #3, are there any type of "in-line" circuit regulators that you can plug your equipment into and then it plugs into the wall socket?

5. For extra stealthiness, do you all think I could actually place the Dark Room 80 inside of a large wooden cabinet?

6. This is for personal use/small grow (4 max)---is all of the equipment I chose appropriate or is some of it overkill (cooling tube/reflector hood?)

Thanks a ton guys!!!

a GOOD regular socket must support much more than 1000w but i'd at least check the thickness and type of wiring, maybe place a good multi outlet socket with separate breaker for my little room. get a small oscilating fan you only need a breeze, frankly i go without it at all i focus on shrinking my walls to the right size the and good exhaust creates a breeze without the oscilating fan, a very small one might be good though. the diagram is cool, intake and exhaust looking just right, i don't get Q#2, just make sure the attic has open vent so than the air leaves the room. i don't know what's a Dark room 80?:) a 400w flowers an area of like 2.5x3' could yield like 5-8 oz when you do it fairly good, and average harvest every 3 months :) and i'm being optimistic that you get it right, is it overkill? how much do you smoke? for me it is now way overkill, before, i liked to have 800w lol now i'm considering getting a 70w hps, question is how much do you smoke? :D
