How does my plants look or grow room?

Those look like the same 1/2 gallon containers I use. If so, I'd transplant pretty soon. Those plants are pretty big for that size pot. Nice plants though.
 
Ya i know , im changing gallons soon to a way bigger 1. My friend grow with 10 light he said at 14inch to change pots and go 12/12. Shouldn't i just change pots let them grow about a feet more or so then go 12/12?
 
14 inches plus a foot is 26 inches. Plants will double or even triple in size during flower. If you're ready for plants that are 5 feet tall then by all means, veg for as long as you like. Just keep in mind how much the plants will stretch.

Look into doing some LST training. You won't regret it. Since your plants are kinda big, let the plants dry out and get somewhat limp. Then go to bending them. Don't be shy. As long as you don't snap the stem, you're all good.
 
if you want a good example of forgetting it triples in size.. i let mine go to about 2 feet until I started to flower.. here it is after being in 12/12 for 3 weeks (flower for 1.5 weeks)

Ya i have enought room in the tent i can fit about 50 plant i only have 20 atm so i can let them go pretty big
