When you say a week, you are counting from sprout?
I just planted 2 seeds this afternoon.

the cotys can barely be seen, leaves are outgrowing them, but theyre good. one still has a yellow tip. my closet doesnt provide much coverage light leeks through the bottom what strain are you growing ?

When I say week I count by the first day I put seed in soil. Because I have lights on when I plant seeds. If I counted from sprout they'd be 5 days old

Northern Lights. (12/12 from seed) how much/often do you water? And what lights do you use? How long are they on?

Looks good. Good job burying the stem(I assume). Just be careful with the water(plain water for a few weeks), and you're off to a good start.

i water everyday but im going to start adjusting to every 3-4 days. my light is a 6500 K bulb its on for 18 hrs and 6 hrs off

What are the temps? What kind of soil? Did you add perlite? There's no need to water everyday unless it is really warm where they are. How many watts is the light?

Also, once it has another set or two of leaves, you are gonna want to add another light. If you are going straight cfls, I would recommend you have at least 4 by the time you hit 3-4 weeks old. If you wanna stick with non-h.i.d. lights, I would also recommend looking into a 2-4 fixture T5 or T8(20-30$), depending on whats available. And then use your cfls for side lighting. But this is for the future, for now that one light will carry it for another week or so. Good luck.

temperature remains in between 75 and 84 degrees Farenheit. soil is roots organics which already has perlite in, and the light is 23w

pet skunk im most definitely going to be adding more cfls around 7 total for maximum coverage.

Ph is a bit high but nothing to worry. Pick up the pot and weigh it, if it seems light, water, or slip your finger down there to see if the soil is wet. I would get those lights now, better early then late

I grow autos. I use LED UFOs. MG soil, dynagro GROW for bloom. And I never check my ph.. Never... Not once since I've been growing...
