three weeks from seed? cfl's or flouro's? you are looking ok. definitely not stretching, which a seedling does initially. as long as there is not stretching BETWEEN the nodes, you are good. those nodes are still close together. keep your lights as close as possible to continue in this manner. blessings.

three 40 watt flourecent tubes. They definately need more light but they're not staying inside. once the weather breaks in a few weeks ill transplant outside.
