How do you use a PEAT PLUG!?!?!?

i just bought a pack of 50 peat plugs but i dont know how to use them??

ph your water to 5.0 and soak them little buggers for about 10 min and they will grow into little plugs

i mean like i wanna sprout seeds in them how do i get them big and am i supposed to bury the seed and put it in the sun or the dark oor what
