how do you think its going

this is my first grow ever of any plant

i am 2 weeks and 1 day into flowering

i am growing in soil (cheap asda soil/compost)
using ionics flowing nutes now
2 lights left 150w mh and right 125w cfl flowering spec
in a tent covered in mylar

all 4 plants are under LST (low stress training) i would have done this with all of them from the start but i did'nt want to mess them up so left the ones one the right and now i am running out of head room

3 of them are female 1 is a hermie (front right)

would love some input good or bad

well maybe move or axe the hermie

i might be getting rid of it but would like to keep it for the seeds i think they are northern lights and i have not got any were to put it i know it could cock up my females but i might be making some other box/tent for it over the next 2 weeks till then i will be removing the balls as best i can
