my digital $10 acu-rite temp/humidity shows 35% and my $5 analog guage shows 50%

is the digital one more accurate?

I would trust the analog before the digital

lol that makes it even harder!
both show the exact room temp but totally different humidity readings..

guess i am going to have to get a third meter to see which is really wrong.. it would be funny if i get a different reading from the third device..

I GOT U NIGGA...GET A TOWEL..makre sure its nice and damp, but not soaking or dripping...wrap the enitre hygrometer or probe, etc with the wet towel..the reading should be 99%..if its anywherwe from 97-99 its accurate.....thats how you calibrate it also,.just rember when wrapped around with a wet towel or wash cloth,it should be 99%
