how do you scrog?

I have a aeroflo 60 In a grow tent only 6 and half feet talk Ian wondering how to scrog do i just but the square thing above it and let them grow like that? Or do I weave the plants thru or what? And when do I do it someone please help thanks
 
what i would do is get some 2" chicken wire and put it over your girls.then as the plants grow weave them into the netting.when the screen is about 75%filled up then flip to 12/12,good luck
