How do you run your oscillating circulation fans??!

I have 3 ac infinity oscillating fans in my 3X3 tent. one very low pushing the intake air across the top of the fabric pots and through the plants. The Second is above the tops, gently blowing downward into the tops. The third is blowing upward through the light and into the ballast, circulating air upward to the carbon filter and intake fan. My question is do you run fan 24/7 or give the plants a break at night? I am currently in flower and have the fans set on an 18/6 cycle so there is no movement 6 hours a day. Except there is always fresh are coming in and exhausted out through the fan/filter set to 50%.

I keep fans running 24/7, especially in flower. I also have all the air movement going in the same direction to minimize turbulence.
