how do you guys clean your shears before trimming?

ive read so much about sterile this and sterile that... how do you guys clean your shears before taking cuttings? chemicals, boiling water, etc???

rubbing alcohol and a q-tip

Alcohol pads, just wipe them down and toss pad away.

I keep them clean with mineral spirits and I sterilize with isopropyl alcohol or H202.

i scrape off the shears with a rasor blade. great hash
