How do they look.....when to move?

I got 9 barney's farm lsd fem, 1 lemon skunk fem, 3 lemon haze, and 1 bagseed from some piff i came across. I moved my cole train oustide a few days ago and its going well but i wanted to see how you guys thought these were coming along. They have been under 1-2 cfls during the nightime because thats when im home and can keep an eye on them. My question is when should i move these girls outside? How should i shift them over from the "night shift" so to speak to regular daylight? slow transition? any input helps, Thanks!

they look like they are stretching when you transplant them you might want to bury the stem a little deeper and maybe put the lights a little bit closer as you can with CFLs

i put mine outside when they are about a foot or so tall and they have hardened off but thats what i do everyonen is different but you should have a solid plant before ot goes out so it can withstand the inclimate weather (wind,rain....ect) i like to et them used to the sun and ease them into it myself put it out for a couple hours a day and so on and so forth
