How do i tell if this bulb is daylight or soft white?

I have no clue whether this is a daylight or a soft white bulb. All it says is general purpose.

You need to make the pic bigger so people can read all the small lettering. It's a 15 Watt-60 Watt equivalent which isn't going to do a whole lot of good. If you're going with CFL's, you should at least go with 100 Watt equivalent so you get use out of your light socket. Also, it's a dimmable bulb. You almost always pay more for a dimmable bulb because they are built to last longer. It's simple economics. . . if it's going to last longer, they're going to charge you more for it. You'd be better off getting a 26 Watt - 100 Watt equivalent that's not dimmable unless you're getting this one for free, but it's not going to do much for your plant(s).

it will say on the base of the bulb, it's probably 5000k if it's general purpose
