How do I SEAL and SOUNDPROOF door???

I want to sound proof the door completely. BLOCK almost all of the sound coming out of a room. How do I do this?

I was thinking building a wall made out of wood and put it in front of it. And then stuffing pink fiberglass insulation between the wood and the door. Seal up all cracks with this stuff as well.

Is there a better way to do this?
