Yo guys. Need help figuring out how to change the time my light comes on. My girls are currently a week into flower but ive got the light on during the day and its a bit too hot atm so want to swap it so that they come on at night. How do I go about this without stressing the plants out??

this.. cannabis flowers depending on the hours of darkness it receives, so in order to keep them flowering, just give them an extended dark period till you reach your new on time..
