How do I prevent this from spreading?(w/pics)

Just ripped some absolutely ridiculous Maui Wowie and Black Diamond Kush and I take a look in my closet and see this. So i have a bug problem... 1) what kind of bug do you think it could be? I saw a few small flies in my closed Very small little fuckers. 2) How do I prevent more flies from getting down on my plants? Thanks so much for checking it out. Any advice helps.

Hey, they are probably fungus gnats. Check your medium for gnat larva (looks like very very small, whiteish grey worms). I had a few but it never became a problem. I flushed my babes and changed the res after cleaning it . I didn't need to add anything to my plants/res. You can get sticky tape or natrol depending on how bad it is. you can also buy beneficial nematodes. I googled fungus gnat and fungus gnat larva and got all the info i needed (including pics to make sure thats what i had) I hope this helps.
