how do i make a cheap scrog?

i have the rainforest 66, and i have limited room in my closet. im fairly new to growing, had a few succesful outdoor grows, but none inside, so i dont really have a clue on wat im doing lol learning as i go. the way i figure it tho, basically a scrog will help keep my plants short and bushy, which is a neccasity, since i only got bout 4 ft growin room. any ideas to make a cheap scrog? wat do i have to do to my plants after they start growing through? trimming etc..

use 2" chicken wire

when plants grow through hole pull under and let it continue to grow "under" the screen.

when 75% full flower.
