How do I know when seeds are ready to harvest?

It takes some 6 weeks from pollination for seeds to fully develop.
5 weeks from pollination I usually put some papers on the ground and soil in order to gather all the mature seeds that fall off. 2 weeks later I simply pick the remaining seeds, the ones that didn't fall off stright from the bud.

Kool thanks alot. I didnt know they fall off the plant when ready. I;ll be looking for them since i have it oudoors next to my tomatoes.

When your buds are ready for harvest the seeds will be done as well.

makeing my own strain sounds very interesting to me.. i just pollenated my bagseed outdoors plant today. cant wait to see what the new strain looks like next year. n then ill probably selective breed until i can find some more pollen.
Yeah i used to grow outdoors 2. I used to hate waiting for the season to start. I set up my office desk into a small grow area (where the chair goes in) and im now experimenting with differents strains. U should try to set something up indoor. Its really not that hard. Beter than growing once a year.
