how do i keep my temps down?

To start with I'll be running a dwc system which needs temps to be low.
I have a shed like building with electricity.
The downside is there's no AC or insulation at all.
Does anyone know any good ways to keep the temperature under control?
It gets around 95°

You would have to get an AC, water chiller, or use geothermal. If you already have electricity, then getting an AC is probably your cheapest/best bet...

Yea you don't want your water any hotter than 80F really in any kind of hydro setup. You need to get a water chiller with a thermostat on it for the DWC setup. Then you need to figure out how to get your heat produced by lights out of that shed. What kind of light setup you using and is it open air fixture or closed air?

But in all reality, if you are talking about the outside air temperature being 95F you aren't gonna get under 95F inside the shed for obvious reasons, lmao. You need A/C or just plant the plants outside. Because keeping them in there is just gonna suffocate them and you aren't going to run into anything but more problems.

Well I planned on using the 300watt vipar led system. Now I do have windows I could stick a window AC in. I assume without proper insulation it wouldn't make much difference though?
Could a soil grow work in these conditions if I just had some air movement?

No matter what the light source is, if the plants are growing in 95F you are gonna get more loose/airy buds than if you could get it lower. Many people will tell you that 75-78F is the best for growing but its obviously really hard to keep it that low in the summer anywhere that is hot and humid. I would definitely advise getting some sort of insulation...its not that much at home depot if you are just trying to insulate the inside of a little shed. Try to make it where there is shade instead of sun beating down on the shed or if that's not possible, paint the roof of the shed reflective white, so sun bounces off it. Then get a $100 window A/C and you'll be set. I'm planning on investing in a stand-up portable A/C for my grow tent, as i also live in hot, humid crappy summer conditions for the next 3-4 months...

If you got an A/C and kept the temperature good in the shed, you should be alright with DWC if the water temperature doesn't go way over 80F. But if you can't achieve that and don't want to invest in an aquarium chiller, go with soil.

There would be very, very little point in going LED (efficient, expensive) if you're spending multiple amounts for the juice to run that AC. Jmo. cn

LED was in mind for the lack of heat it produces.
Thank you for all the help as well. Can you point me in the direction of a fair priced chiller. I've seen mixed reviews of the ice probe.
I'll go price out the supplies and let you guys know how it goes.

If you get an A/C, just get some HID lighting with ventable fixtures. Then buy an inline fan to vent the fixtures, and run them on a closed circuit where the outside air cools the lamps off and then runs right back outside, therefore no heat from the lamps builds up in the shed and your A/C isn't working overboard. That's what I am about to be doing here in a week or so, just a tent instead of a shed.

so very very true. here in the summers its 110 degrees often, and humidity feels like constant swamp ass and bat wings, just all over you body. AC is key. i personally keep my house at 72 degrees no matter wtf the temperature or the price per kilowatt is. all i do is circulate the air from the plants around my home, and they never pass 80 degrees.

but the prices of electricity do suck, so its best to insulate. not just your grow room, but your house. windows and doors lose or gain a LOT of heat, and those are dollars your letting fly right out the window (no pun intended)

*also growing is practically legal here, so if it stinks a little, i just light incense, no worries.*

It seems as if you are in Argentina where:

Possesion - decriminalized, Sale - illegal, Transport - illegal, Cultivation - illegal

Does not sound practically legal, if you are in Argentina.

Insulate, a/c, exhuast...

the dude said it all in three words. You are going to have a monthly electrical expense due to AC or water chiller.

Two ways you can reduce this expense:
=Take the hit and insulate the shed. It's a one time expense and will save you money over time.
=Insulate your buckets/reservoir or buy insulated tanks. A cooler will keep things cool a lotttt longer than a rubbermaid tote will
