How Do I Identify A Healthy Viable Horse Chestnut Seed?

Hello,

I found some horse chestnut seeds and I was wondering how I can tell if they will grow. I have been doing some reading but so far no one has been able to tell me what to look for.

Here is a pic I took of them.
Can anyone lend me some expertise?

I know this isn't a common question.

Just giving it another bump and keeping my fingers crossed that someone may know the answer.

Hey, I don't really know about it from experience, but found this site that explains the grow from just picking ones off the ground. It just says look for ones with no holes, so check the ones you have for that?
