I want to plant a teen clone into Super soil, is it the same process 1/2 or 1/3 super soil on the bottom and the base soil at the top? My reason for this is that I want to skip vegetation and I want to put the teen clone straight into flower. Im an indoor grower with a grow cab by supercloset called the superbox its 3ftx18wx28dp and I'm going to be putting two teen clones one each in a 5 gallon pot. Any info would be good thanks.

you outsourcing these teens, or are they your own? Spray them with a pesticide before you bring them into the garden. If you are trying to flip quickly, I would give it a few days after transplant to get over the shock, if any. I believe the original recipe of super soil calls for the layering technique, but I have just mixed it all up and gotten similar results. I couldn't imagine the need for layering if you are using a teen, and flipping rather quickly.

Im planning on getting the teens from a local dispensary. It's a good thing that you mention about spraying them down the last 2 clones i had got ended up having something wrong with them. Although im using dwc right now so there could of been numerous of things that caused the problems. One had root rot and the other got gnats and never grew roots so its growing still but is very small I'll probably get about 14-23 grams from it if I'm lucky. I trashed the one that had root rot because most forums people either say they trash the plant or try to save it wich is hard. My next harvest I'm spraying anything before it touches the garden. So mixing it all up together would be the best method then huh? Thats what i read in one other forum so you just confirmed it bro :bigjoint:honestly i want a quick flip since I'm indoor with minimum space. I also want these harvests to be speedier :weed:

If you don't have the space at your place to clone, then going with teens isn't an all bad idea. Personally, I feel like 8/10 clones I get from places aren't even that well rooted or they cut lowers instead of tops. I end up having to mother them out and cut clones myself. If you're looking for speedy, you could also do some leg work and find a strain that finishes in 7 weeks. You'll save yourself a week or more per harvest, resulting in potentially another harvest annually.

You have very great points, and i know the cloning yourself method is fantastic. It honestly would save me about $75 every harvest. But my situation is tough, so i guess I'll have to rough out that extra dough. I'm going to take all these facts into consideration and put them into play. Thanks allot xmatox your a true help.
