ok it sounds like a simple question. but heres the problem. ive had massages and ive tried stretching. my lower right back has a muscle thats cramped badly. when i got a massage a finger felt like a needle it was so horrible. i am getting another massage this afternoon. but what can i do. oxycodone dont even kill the pain. i have no access to muscle relaxers. i was hoping there is something i can do to make it go away.

My wife is 28 and had to have back surgery (slipped on ice) really messed her back up bad. She was taking morphine like m&m's and was a walking zombie still with pain. The better I grew the less pain she was in from smoking good herb. That was enough for her to go cold turkey and stop the morphine (ugly kick). Then we decided to make thc capsules and that helped even more, except they made her burp and when she would it smelled like a joint was just lit up (hours later) so she could not take capsules before work. Now we made a very strong thc/olive oil mixture and what we do is ~ Heat up a bowl of water in microwave (2 mins) then pour out water and add 1-3 tsp of thc/olive oil in HOT bowl and give it a second, then rub into back. POW POW the pain is no more. You don't get any feelings except n more pain. Great for menstrual cramps, just rub across lower stomach. Also I have found it wonderful for restless leg syndrome.

yeah i have that restless leg syndrome too. i was told thats from anxiety though. but i heard a time or two that its connected to back pain. theres just two problems with your method. one im allergic to olive products and the second is i have no pot for that haha. anyways it sounds like a good idea and i would love to try it but unfortunately dont have the resources

Regular high fat veg oil or coconut oil works too. Except coconut oil rots fast.

I just came from the Dr got a prescription for zubalta or something? Can't read it? But I was diagnosed with a case book of restless leg syndrome. So now I am off to Portland to renew my wifes "green card" and get myself one as well. Oregon state is a little hard to get medical green cards

i have chronic back spasms from a wrestling injury when i was a child, the old tricks work the best but you must do them regularly

ice 20 min heat 20 min repeat, do this every night. ib profen and naproxen can help but they are more for joints. muscle relaxers can help some but have never worked for me.

massage is very good for getting rid of spasms. and yes it is quite painful, but you really need to get in there deep and work out the lactic acid built up in the muscles.

if they persist, go to physical therapy and have ultrasound done(this is awesome, it dissolves spasms)

Do you use a vaporizor? after you vape the bud scoop it up and put it in gel tabs, this works great, as the canabinoids that help with pain are still in the bud but the thc is not- pain relief with no high.

the three top causes for back pain are bad posture, poor flexibility in the hamstrings and weak stomach muscles. work on this and the problem should subside.

no amount of pain medications will ever get rid of back pain, it will only destroy your liver. if you are serious about wanting to get rid of it you must make lifestyle changes i.e. get in shape, stretch, eat good, etc.

All great advice, but I have seen a miracle performed with thc capsules. If you can score or grow an ounce of kind bud, make the whole bag into oil. Cap it up and your pains will be gone. My wife no longer takes Morphine nor percocets (by handfuls), she just takes 3-5 caps a day and she go hiking on weekends, yoga during the week and very happy and full of life again. She was once a Zombie.... Thank You Cannabis

I suffer from Sciatica due to years of fork lift driving, my physio involves a lot of hamstring stretches, I cannot stretch to the point where i can reach my feet so they have me using a loop of rope which is placed around the feet and basically shortens the distance i have to stretch. Also a sufferer of restless leg during nightime, there is a simple technique of clamping a pillow between your knees while trying to get to sleep which I find helps a lot.

I work with stroke victims from time to time and there muscles are always contracted, so what I do is smoke a bowl with them and that relaxes their muscles enough that I can stretch their arm/leg. As for restless leg syndrome, I know the pain. I lived with it every night. Until I started rubbing warm thc oil on my legs. Pain goes away. There is no feeling other than no pain. I mean it's not like their numb, or tingly, just no pain. Or there is requip from the doctors.

For this kind of pain you are having oral medication never works for me either...Look in to something topical maybe even try robbing mj oil lol - or maybe even something as simple as ICE or heat will help
