how do i get my pics FROM PHOTOBUCKET to RIU?

i know how to upload pics from my comp to RIU, but it doesnt let me, i just need to know (in baby steps) how to take a picture from photobucket and put it on RIU

Try copying pic and putting in a folder on your desktop then take from desktop to Manage attachments.

when your at photobucket go to the pic you want, take your pointer and slide down from the picto the IMGCODE and clickit will high light blue then right click and copy. now come back here and right click and past.
